All sales are final. Please note that each doll is made by hand and will have its own unique characteristics. This makes every doll special! 

Should there be any issue with a doll received, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at contact@zuzustribe.com. This email is for existing orders and emails should include the order number.

If you are interested in a wholesale partnership, please send an email to contact@zuzuztribe.com with "WHOLESALE" in the subject line. 

Each doll is handmade. To clean the dolls, use a spot treatment method with a gentle detergent only on the necessary areas. When finished, lay the doll flat to air dry completely. Avoid using the washing machine, even on the gentle cycle.
